The Epaphra Team seeks to uphold every man of God until the principle enunciated in Colossians 4:12 is established in his life and Ministry. God has instructed us to to do this through a global chain of intercessory prayers for 'The Hour of Transition' that is the hour between 10.30pm and 12.30am, the local clock time of the location of the intercessor, any where in the world.
